Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ConferenceAgendas.com website and services. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ConferenceAgendas.com provides conference agenda planners delivered as formatted Excel files. We compile the published agenda for a given medical conference, optionally enrich it with tagged columns (indication, MOA, asset, company), and deliver it to the email address you provide. Plans, content, and pricing are as described on our website at the time of your purchase.

2. Orders and Delivery

• Orders are placed through our website. Planner and Planner Pro orders are checked out through our payment processor; Custom engagements are quoted by email after an inquiry.
• Planner and Planner Pro deliveries occur within 24 hours of purchase. A second, updated planner is sent shortly before the conference once the agenda is finalized.
• Custom engagements have a delivery timeline agreed in writing.
• Deliverables are sent to the email address provided at purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. The price at the time of your purchase applies.
• Payment is due at purchase, processed by Stripe. Custom engagements are invoiced separately.
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Service Tiers

• Planner ($500 standard conference, $750 premium conference): The full published agenda for one conference, delivered as a formatted Excel file. Two deliveries included: an initial planner within 24 hours of purchase and an updated planner before the conference.
• Planner Pro ($5,000+): Everything in Planner, with additional columns on every session row for indication, mechanism of action (MOA), asset, and company. Two deliveries included.
• Custom ($25,000+): Multi-conference engagements with custom Excel templates, priority scoring, custom MOA and KOL searches, Slack integration, calendar subscriptions, on-site support, and other tailored scope. Pricing and scope are confirmed in a written quote.

5. Revisions

Planner and Planner Pro are fixed-scope deliverables and do not include revisions. Errors or omissions in the data we deliver will be corrected at no charge. Custom engagements include the revisions agreed in your written quote.

6. Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• If we are unable to deliver your filtered agenda within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If the conference agenda is not yet publicly available at the time of your order, we will deliver within 5 business days of its publication or issue a full refund.
• If a conference is canceled by its organizers after you have placed your order, you will receive a full refund.
• If you are unsatisfied with the deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@conferenceagendas.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
• Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Conference session data, titles, and descriptions are the intellectual property of their respective conference organizers. Our service provides organization, filtering, and formatting of publicly available information. The filtered deliverable format, design, and presentation are the property of ConferenceAgendas.com.

You may use the deliverables internally within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the deliverables without our written permission.

8. Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure accuracy of the session data we extract and filter. However, conference programs are subject to change by their organizers, and we cannot guarantee that all session details will be current at the time of the conference. We are not responsible for changes made by conference organizers after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConferenceAgendas.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

10. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
