Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ConferenceAgendas.com website and services. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ConferenceAgendas.com provides conference agenda extraction and filtering services. We pull session data from publicly available conference programs, filter it based on your specified keywords, and deliver the results in formatted spreadsheet files.

2. Orders and Delivery

• Orders are placed through our website form and confirmed via email.
• After order confirmation, we will review your request and confirm a delivery timeline. Most agendas are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the conference program and timing of your request.
• Deliverables are sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
• If sessions are added to a conference program after your order is fulfilled but before the conference begins, we will send updated versions at no additional charge.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. The price at the time of your order confirmation applies.
• Payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept payment through our designated payment processors.
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Service Tiers

• Limited Offer ($999): One conference, all sessions filtered to your keywords, delivered as a formatted Excel file. Limited availability.
• Core ($2,499): One conference, keyword-filtered sessions, formatted Excel delivery, 1 revision included.
• Professional ($3,999): Up to 3 conferences, formatted Excel with day tabs, color-coded by session type, 2 revisions included, priority turnaround.
• Enterprise ($6,999): Up to 5 conferences, Excel and PDF deliverables, 3 revisions included, priority turnaround, program change monitoring with automatic updates as sessions are added or changed before the conference.

5. Revisions

Revisions include additional keyword filtering, reformatting, or adjusting the scope of your deliverable. Each tier includes a specific number of revisions as described above. Additional revisions beyond what is included in your tier may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• If we are unable to deliver your filtered agenda within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If the conference agenda is not yet publicly available at the time of your order, we will deliver within 5 business days of its publication or issue a full refund.
• If a conference is canceled by its organizers after you have placed your order, you will receive a full refund.
• If you are unsatisfied with the deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@conferenceagendas.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
• Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Conference session data, titles, and descriptions are the intellectual property of their respective conference organizers. Our service provides organization, filtering, and formatting of publicly available information. The filtered deliverable format, design, and presentation are the property of ConferenceAgendas.com.

You may use the deliverables internally within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the deliverables without our written permission.

8. Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure accuracy of the session data we extract and filter. However, conference programs are subject to change by their organizers, and we cannot guarantee that all session details will be current at the time of the conference. We are not responsible for changes made by conference organizers after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConferenceAgendas.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

10. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
